Meet Our Founder
Darren Daly is a highly qualified Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the successful operation of several multinational facilities across Ireland. Darren's expertise lies in the commissioning and validation of critical systems and equipment, including HVAC systems, clean utilities, and controlled temperature units (CTUs). He is also proficient in equipment qualification, thermal mapping, and managing validation teams, making him a trusted leader in his field.
With a comprehensive knowledge base, Darren possesses exceptional technical skills in commissioning and validating a variety of systems, including HVAC, clean steam, process air, Water for Injection (WFI), Reverse Osmosis (RO), process equipment, and CTUs. His proficiency extends to developing and executing detailed commissioning and validation documentation, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) protocols and reports.
Darren is also skilled in creating validation master plans and conducting root cause analyses, risk assessments, and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs). His methodical approach, coupled with his wealth of experience, ensures that he consistently delivers quality results while adhering to regulatory standards and operational excellence.
